The Beginning

Some of you might know me from my youtube channel (link is on the sidebar :) ), some of you might've just stumbled upon this page and decided that it was worth a look, some of you might've been informed about it somehow...however you got here:

WELCOME!

I have been contemplating on whether or not I should start my own beauty blog. For the longest time I was veering towards the answer NO rather than MAYBE or DEFINITELY, but now...here I am, full force and ready to venture into this kind of new medium. 

I'm sure you're wondering what made me change my mind. No, it's not because I was forced. No, it's not because I got bored. No, it's not because I just felt like it... and yes I shall tell you exactly why.

1. I've always been a fan of fashion and beauty blogs

There are millions and billions of blogs that I have put on my bookmark so that I can have easier access to them. I would check them out every single day just to see if some of my favorite fashionistas and makeup gurus have posted a new blog, and whenever they did...I was in fashion/makeup heaven.

2. I've never really had the time...until now.

I guess I'll announce it here first. I've recently taken a sabbatical from medschool. I was supposedly an incoming junior this coming school year, but then I realized that I wanted to experience the life of a corporate and independent woman. I realized I'd like to hone my other skills, and therefore have more time in updating my youtube channel.

3. I LOVE TO TALK...

...and with that train of thought in mind, I also love to WRITE. I've been blogging ever since I was in gradeschool. I mostly write about personal experiences, or you may say the more "serious things in life". You can check it out here: BECAUSE I AM a blog that my friend and I created for the love of life.

4. I love everything beautiful

I've always believed that anything and everything can be beautiful. It just depends on how we perceive things, how we position ourselves or how we analyze certain situations. It's up to you to make the not so beautiful; beautiful, and that's always just a wonderful thing...to be able to find the beauty in sadness, in joy and even in the ugly.

5. BLOGGERS

Over the past few days I have met some of the most amazing bloggers from random events such as the Bobbie Brown creamy concealer event and the Vloggers dinner meet-up. They've been kind, down to earth, funny and seemed to be people I would really get along with. I've visited some of their blogs, and yes they've sort of influenced me in a way. I've linked some of my new found friends blogs on the side bar as well...PLEASE DO CHECK THEM OUT!

6. I like to share

This blog will be a medium for me to share my new finds, my new experiences, my most favorite things in the world. This is my way of being able to share "the love". The thought of that excites me a lot, because hopefully you guys will enjoy reading this blog as much as I enjoy composing it "with love". I'm not sure if some of you have noticed it, but anytime/every time I compose a letter, or respond to any of your questions personally, I always end it by saying "with love, Trina". That's one of my favorite sayings in the world. Anything that has to do with love. Hahahha I know it's cheesy, but it's true.

So those are my reasons for finally starting a blog. I can't wait to start posting things in here. Hopefully I get your full support as much as I have been getting your support via my YOUTUBE CHANNEL
. Again thank you to all my subscribers, old and new. To all my new found friends, you guys are amazing! And to the future friends/subscribers who I am sure will be super awesome as well.

I'm thinking that maybe youtube will be great love, like it'll always be my first child...but I promise to try and love this baby as much as I love my first born HAHA.
